There's simply not enough good things to say about Jon at Active Solutions for Health.

When I first saw him for my ankle, I wasn't able to run at all. I had a full thickness tear in my tendon and a massive ganglion cyst had developed.

After the first visit I was already aware that this treatment was going to prove positive results for my physical and mental therapy.

Approximately 6 months later and I'm running again, losing weight and becoming mentally healthy again.

Jon has also worked on my son's football injuries to great success. The High School coach has even recommended Jon to any of the athletes he coaches as he recognizes the results that shockwave therapy has produced. It truly reduces healing time.

If this was not all, Jon has also played a pivotal role in correcting my daughter's scoliosis.

All this as well as he's so easy to talk to.

I highly recommend Jon and Active Solutions for Health if you're suffering at all with any injury.

Aizalen at Active Solutions for Health in Strathmore is the best massage therapist I have ever had.

I schedule 1.5-hour massages with her about once a month, and it’s truly the best investment I’ve made in myself. Aizalen is incredibly professional, attentive, and always manages to find and relieve the exact areas that need attention.

If you’ve never had a massage from her, I highly recommend booking one—you won’t regret it!

Great staff and many therapists for shock wave therapy. Acupuncture and massage. Aquatic therapy,Bemer and pelvis chair and O2 adaptive contrast therapy as well as orthotics and leg and knee braces.

After I tore my right shoulder, I tried physiotherapy, massages, chiropractic adjustments and multiple prescriptions all leading to no real improvements or healing. I then tried shockwave with Deanna and started to see some real improvements, after five appointments over four months my shoulder feels as good as new. The staff is super friendly and made it super easy to get appointments when it fit into my schedule. Would highly recommend to anyone going through a similar injury.

I am so pleased with this place ! I had a really bad knee and was really struggling to walk! Dr told me it is arthritis and would probably need surgery! I was going on a trip of a lifetime and was terrified I’d have to cancel it! A friend of mine suggesting trying shock wave treatments . Dr gave me more pain meds they were doing nothing and causing stomach issues as well. I decided to give it a try. Boy ami glad I did . I did my trip and have been pain free not wearing my brace for months now! Active Solutions has been the best thing ever! Then I decided to do the pelvic floor as well! It has been great no more dribbles no more leaking ! They have my complete trust! Best thing I have ever done

I was very apprehensive about completing shock therapy as I knew nothing about it. My family doctor pushed for me to try, so I did.
I’m so glad I did. My right achilles had a 40% tear. I couldn’t walk normally and had extreme pain and discomfort before seeing Active Solutions. Jon was amazing, he stated for my specific injury, I would need 5-7 treatments with him. He was completely right, Six visits and I now feel like a million bucks. Back to play hockey at 100%
