Absolutely the worst brokers I’ve ever dealt with in my life. From the most ridiculous wait times on the phone to the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They didn’t cancel my policy after telling them I’m no longer working with them, didn’t contact me to renew, or anything. Just renewed my policy with out even talking to me about it… EVEN AFTER I specifically told them I’d no longer be working with them. This by far the worst broker you could ever go with.

A disaster in one word. if there was a zero review, I would give it to them. I had a policy for my house with them and wanted to add my auto policy and after holding the line for more than half an hour, they said I couldnt bundle my car and auto and when I cancelled the policy, they simply said "oh we do bundling" which at the end cost me extra to cancel the policy. This is just beyond unprofessional . Ive never experienced this in Canada. Im so glad that I cancelled my policy with them. So if you wanna have a better experience, go somewhere else and thank me later.

If you can get another insurance company go with them do not use this service prices aren't good at all. Plus the reps here are very slow to respond they barely speak English properly. When you call in your always on hold, then u can here other reps in the background talking with customers etc. they take forever to complete polices. Slow to respond emails I've been back and fourth with them over car and tenant insurance for like a week now rep tells me time frames and they are never accurate this company is a real head ache avoid them don't use them unless it's absolutely a must

Don’t waste your time with this insurance company. I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone on the phone for weeks to add a vehicle to my policy. The lack of customer service is completely unacceptable. Even if you have to pay a little extra to go through another company I highly suggest it. It’s not worth the hassle to go through this company.

This is a terrible company. Ive called now than a dozen times(literally) and waiting on hold for 45 min EACH TIME. I still had nobody answer the phone even once! I'm trying to change my credit card info and I have to now call into the insurance company and pay it directly. This company is a fraud and the worst experience I've EVER had with ANY company. STAY AWAY FROM SHARP!

I find this review is a difficult one to allocate rating.

On one hand, the service Rorey provided was amazing over the phone. It was quite easy to cancel my policy, and he was nothing but professional, courteous, and fast.

On the other hand...Sharp Insurance, as many other reviewers have mentioned you NEED to hire more people on the phone lines. I waited over 100 minutes to even get through to someone and there were only 10 callers in front of me.

Assuming you get through 10 customers every 1.5 hours, and you're open from 8:30-5, that's only 56 customers you're speaking to a DAY concerning changing, or cancelling a policy. These are abysmally low numbers. Please hire more people to get through to you guys. For that reason alone- because there's no physical office- I have to unfortunately give a very, very low rating.

I called them to get a quote today for home and auto. The lady who answered the call asked me which company I was currently with, when I informed her of the company; she said that company has the cheapest rates and I won’t be able to get anything cheaper than that. She didn’t even bother getting my info and providing me a quote. She just hung up on me.
I’m definitely not going to recommend this company based on the rude interaction I had.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was trying to get a quote on renters insurance and was completely blown away how rude the person was on the phone.
