We have used this group when we first applied for a mortgage 5 years ago and again when we were required to renew our mortgage. I worked with Jody primarily and I will say she was incredibly responsive to all questions. Her communication skills are excellent, which is very important when dealing with mortgages. We had one issue come up with a 3rd party that was dealing with the mortgage transfer. Jody was good at validating my frustration and focused on a professional solution. We are very happy with how things turned out and we will be using their services for our next renewal. During our first phone call they had mentioned what the rates were projected to do, and obtained us a good rate that we are happy with. I would recommend using them for any mortgage needs.

Working with Jody was fantastic. We were first time home buyers purchasing the condo we were renting so our needs were a little unique. That also meant we were not as knowledgeable as other customers. Our non-traditional mortgage was not a problem with Jody though. Called Mr Sunny for my first mortgage, he asked Ms Jody to deal with me. Dealing with Jody was like buying a coffee at a 24 hours open facility. She was always there to answer my concerns and questions regardless the time of the day. The best part was she delivered what she said or offered. We recently renewed our mortgage, and worked with Bonnie. This was our first renewal, and rates had obviously increased quite a bit since we first took out our mortgage in 2019. She secured us an excellent rate, and was incredible to work with throughout the entire process. She was accessible by phone whenever we had any questions, and was thorough in communicating what paper work we needed, timelines they were needed, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Bonnie, and the Mortgage Force Team again in the future!
