Denise was amazing to work with - she did nothing short of a phenomenal job on my financing for a home purchase. Her expertise and knowledge was top notch, and she was communicative, accessible, creative, professional, attentive and vigilant throughout the entire process. I mention all of the above because each and every aspect is incredibly important, and very few possess these skills - especially in the aggregate.

Furthermore, my purchase was for a rental property and my financing application had a few unique aspects to it that would have resulted in a failed outcome with most other mortgage brokers, which others have told me was their experience in similar situations. While Denise did let me know of the potential hurdles and did not over sell me on the potential for a positive outcome, ultimately it was no problem for her - she was able to find debt for me at very reasonable terms given the hurdles present, which was not a simple task, and truly over delivered.
