I recently travelled from Regina to purchase a truck here. Chasity was great to deal with and we did most of our business through text as it worked best for me. This was recommended by a friend of mine who also purchased from Regina. I recommend looking around and supporting these smaller locations, you will get a better experience. There was no high pressure sales and she found me the truck I wanted, even though it was a hard model to find. I was also told their dealer admin fee is a lot lower than other places.

Friendly and professional salespeople, Chasity took the time to explain the options and help set things up. GM and sales manager both took the time to introduce themselves and ask how things were going. Ryan (finance) was easy to deal with, not pushy and again explained everything to ensure everything was clearly understood. I would consider purchasing from Kindersley Mainline again.

Previously, we serviced our Chevy Cruze and I did not notice any special problems with the service, the staff is friendly. But now we bought a 2025 Chevy Equinox and last Saturday I had appointment for the first service.
They changed the oil and did the first maintenance of the car, also they said checked and added all the fluids, including the windshield washer.
One day later, a message popped up - the windshield washer level is low, add fluid. I checked and it turned out that the tank was almost empty. No one checked it or added it, although the invoice says that they checked and topped up. Can we trust them now in other respects? Did they do the service as required? Personally, now have a lack of trust in them. Having rechecked the invoice again, I also found that no one did tire rotation, although according to the maintenance schedule, they should have done it at the first service (12,000 km). In general, I was dissatisfied and do not trust them very much now.

The wonderful staff here really went above and beyond.

We were travelling in -40 from Saskatoon to Calgary this past weekend after attending a funeral, already a hard weekend, we stopped in Kindersley for lunch and when we tried to leave we had an issue with our engine.

It was Sunday, so we ended up booking a room at the Super 8 next door with our doggie to wait for the dealership to open.

I was at the service centre for 8am. Where the lovely staff promptly told me it was a Monday and there was very little chance they would have time to fit us in.

They told me if I wanted to leave the car with them they would try their best, since nowhere else in town had any space either.

Well they did, all said and done they prevailed as my absolute heroes. My car was fixed and we were on our way home by 230pm. Despite thinking we would be stranded another night.

They made an absolutely awful weekend so much easier by getting us home on Monday. We were desperate to get home after an emotional weekend and we're extremely grateful to everyone that helped us get back home safely.

They lovely lady at the service desk, I am so sorry I do not remember your name my dear. She even gave me directions back to Calgary that would avoid the huge dead cell zone, just in case something else happened. But the car is working amazing and we made it home safe by 630.

We needed an oil change for our work vehicle and Melanie arranged a convenient appointment as we have done previously. They provided a shuttle to and from work and similar to service work in the past they let us know of air/cabin filters needed and all was looked after efficiently and with a great attitude similar to past visits with David at Mainline. Recommend them!

I can’t say enough about the incredible service I received from David Yaworski and the team at Kindersley Mainline! I found myself stranded just before the holidays, and they went above and beyond to make sure I wasn’t left in a tough spot. They immediately set me up with a loaner vehicle, complete with a fresh oil change and winter tires, so I could get around safely while waiting for my repair.

While the repair took longer than expected, what truly stood out was their commitment to my safety. They refused to let me pick up my vehicle until they were 100% satisfied that it was roadworthy to get me home safely. That level of care and attention is rare these days, and I’m beyond grateful for their professionalism and integrity.
