I was lucky enough to have parked in the parking lot of these wonderful people when the brakes on my car stopped working. The girls there came outside after seeing me inspecting my car and helped me with calling Garages and even called a tow truck for me.

I'm not even a customer there and they treated me like family and gave me water and kept me out of the heat.

Huge thank you to Melissa Bannerman for helping with the tow truck and CAA, as well as Honey MacLelland for calling every garage in the area!

I had an issue with the insurance company taking a long time to pay out a large claim. I asked for the help of our Commercial Account manager at Huestis, Melissa Bannerman, she went above and beyond, over a period of a month she contacted the adjusters daily and kept me in the loop, the level of service she provided was A++ and she got us the resolution we had hoped for, she knew the ins and outs of the industry and her help was invaluable. Amazing. We will remain clients of this brokerage for as long as she is there, that's for sure.

Was worried my insurance was not renewing as expected, called but left a voice mail, they got back to me the next day and had it settled.

Update:
Have not had to work with them for a long while and first time I called I get some help it was resolved so fast.

Low cost insurance, better than any other location in the Westmoreland area. Auto insurance, business, and more. Staff at reception are always positive and knowledgeable. Agents go above and beyond when it comes to client service and you leave with a feeling like they know everyone they serve on a personal level. Simple advice...stop shopping around and deal with people who treat you like family.

I do not even know where to begin with this company...
They did not put the dates on file when I was added to my parents insurance so I do not qualify for any cheaper rates even if I've been driving for over 5 years & took drivers ed.
I cancelled my car insurance policy weeks ago and they still charged me for this month.
I've never dealt with such an unprofessional company. Do not waste your time or money.

I've been a customer for 15 years and never missed a payment until this past October
I made payment on the 25th of October and 30th of October but my insurance was cancelled on October 29th and never got a call until early January and I was still making payments online Everytime I either called my account manager he was either away and never returned my calls or emails till way later!!
