This was my preferred insurance broker but they sloppily handled a roadside ticket I paid for and several months later when I went to renew my insurance they made me pay the exact same ticket again despite my insistence that i had already paid it, and that i paid it at their own office.

I had to spend way to much time and effort into fixing a problem they caused and now I am out money I have already paid while i wait for ICBC to issue me a refund.

Will no longer be using this broker.

Big shout out to Garry who is working there .Garry helped me and provided professional service and moreover he did more than his job. I really feel lucky to be their customer. They really know what they are doing. I went there for trucking related but definitely recommend them for all types Insurence what they providing. They deserve more stars than five but there is no option more than five.

I've used this icbc office in the past many times with no problems, BUT. Yesterday I went to renew my motorcycle and RV insurance. I asked for 6 months for the motorcycle but found after all was completed I realized it was only 5 months. Had to cancel and redo. Then I asked if I could renew today, (April 13th) for a start date of April 21st. The woman said yes. After getting all completed and going home I noticed the start date was today. So I don't know what to say. Again, I've used them before without any issues.
