Brett and his staff always offer excellent customer service and go above & beyond to ensure your cycling 🚲 equipment needs are met. I just bought a new Trek bike today and went away very happy. Good, honest, Island service. I would highly recommend Outerlimits for all your cycling needs if you want to support local.

Staff went above and beyond. Came in late, I mean 15 minutes before close on Saturday, turns out I needed a new cassette. Staff made the repair right there and got my bike back up and working- thank goodness- I use it for commuting to work.
If you’re looking for great service, great prices and someone who really cares about their customers you are at the right shop! Thanks Guys!

Excellent experience renting one of their hybrid bikes. The very nice staff took the time to ensure that I had the right size and model for me before I left, and supplied me with bungee cords to attach my backpack to the rack.

This is great place to purchase a bike. My wife and I bought two Trek Verve 2 from this store and we are very pleased with them and the friendly knowledgeable service we received. I would recommend OLS if shopping for a new ebike. Thanks Darryl

Little to add to what others have already written other than some humor and thoughts. At 86 I'm still in the mix with the help of an ebike and a well planned tour layed out by Brett. He covered virtually every detail...except how to deal with the shocking extreme pain when getting off the seat after 5 miles or so! I hate to use the word fantastic; PEI is beautiful, serine, with friendly people and the Confederation trail. Put it all together with accommodations, food and tour it becomes FANTASTIC!

I dropped off my winter bike covered in salt and rust with nonfunctional brakes and gears and a free spinning cassette. When I picked it up the next day it worked like a brand new bike. Excellent service and money well spent!
