Absolutely avoid this business. Found out they've been charging me for insurance on a vehicle I cancelled the insurance on all a year ago. They drained my account and started charging me for insufficient funds. Nobody thought a quick phone call would help clear things up. Perfectly happy to keep stealing money from me.

It started off great with fast responses and thorough follow-up. About a year ago this place has become so hard to reach and communicate with. The email correspondence is patchy and communication gets lost. Phone calls on hold for 30min until we finally gave up. Please improve.

Not the place to go if your new driver or dont have consistent periods of coverage.They will try and help you with some issues the online companies wont though and staff are great for most part.Wasted thousands of dollars waiting for rates to improve that were always better elsewhere for sure.
