Was a customer for over 8 years, called to get a quote on a new perspective vehicle, the quote given was not valid as when I called to add the vehicle I was given a different price almost $50 more than the original quote, premiums are also much more expensive than other companies, I saved almost $100 monthly switching to a new provider. On top of that when I cancelled my policy they charged me a cancellation fee of over $100, because the policy had been renewed, but they did not seem to not understand that the only reason I renewed was due to the false quote I was given. So because of their error in providing me information I get charged extra. Would not recommend.

This company misleads and does not disclose pertinent information to making informed decisions about sensitive issues. When dealing with insurance. Peace of mind is important. I have not had any dealing with this branch.

Poor customer service. Worse complaint resolution. Save yourself time, frustration and money. Shop elsewhere for your insurance services.

***Update: I emailed Client Relations as advised. They responded saying that I will be contacted once the matter is resolved. No service level agreement was given. They failed to respond with any follow-up whatsoever.

I am not surprised based on the poor service, lack of transparency, and failure of full disclosure that I have dealt with in my experience with the Cooperatos.

From what I hear. I made the wrong choice in choosing them for peace of mind, and insurance services in the first place. I agree with this general consensus while heartedly.

Have two policies for my business with these guys but over and above my monthly payments which are up to date and always on time they have taken an additional $2,000 in payments out of my account, this was highlighted to them months ago with dates of the payments and the amounts. Not only have they not refunded it but they have continued to take the extra payments to the point I have been forced to cancel cards and change bank details. Now being forced to jump through hoops and when I protested was hung up on and now they won’t take my calls or return my money, quality outfit! Avoid at all costs

Super friendly and honest service! So far we have made a home insurance claim and a car insurance claim, both were handled very quickly and to great satisfaction! Very happy with Chuck and the Co-operators team!

No one bothered to call and notify me that I have been driving with no insurance since July 2019. I have kids and a life. How neglectful of your agents. I'm not happy.
