I recently called Travelers Insurance regarding a windshield repair, and I was disappointed with the unprofessional service I received. The representative immediately asked if I was calling about a windshield repair, and when I said yes, he abruptly directed me to go to Speedy Glass or Apple Auto Glass without asking for any further details or providing any useful information about these companies.

This was the first time I had heard of them, and I felt completely uninformed about my options. When I mentioned that I preferred not to use those companies, only then did the representative bother to ask for more information from me. It felt as though he was more interested in giving a quick answer than actually helping me with my concern.

I expected better customer service from Travelers, and unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations.

My experience with this company is great. Thanks to Camille Bonna-Wood
(my insurance broker at Easy Links Financial Inc.) who always make my experiences the greatest. She is very professional, cooperative, calm, and provides the best help a customer can ever get. I have purchased travel health insurance through this company several times, and that’s because Ms. Camille would always try to get me the most cost effective insurance package and would clearly explain everything and answer all questions. Just purchased travel insurance for myself and my wife for a
22 day vacation in Florida. This is our 2nd plan we have purchased
through Easy Links Financial Inc. Both times we had the pleasure of dealing with Natalie Fuerth.
Natalie is experienced knowledgable professional and personable. Such a pleasure to receive such excellent customer
service.
Our next trip is in 2025 off to Vietnam Cambodia and a side trip to Tokyo.
