The BEST Brokerage ever. I've been with a couple of RE/MAX offices in the past, in fact, but I always found myself coming back to Right at Home Realty, and now I’m here to stay. I even told the manager that if I ever think about leaving again, they should chain me to the desk!

I was a tenant for Rishi Salwan in Oshawa, and I found a job that needed me onsite immediately in London. I got my job offer on 24th February, and within 5 minutes after getting the call with my employer, I called him immediately to say that I would be moving out tomorrow and would post a listing on Facebook to find a new tenant starting from 1 March. On 12th March I found an interested tenant and started to finalize my sublease with him. Everything went smoothly, and he moved in on 19th March, but now Rishi refuses to pay me the total amount I paid him as last month's deposit. I know my space was empty for a month, but I never entered it again after leaving on 24th February, and I am the one who found a new tenant to sublease. Even after all this, he is now not replying to me, and he hasn’t sent me a single dollar yet.
On top of that, he threatened me and my friend when we tried to talk to him, that he would do this and that if he started being himself. I have been in Canada for only a year, and he knows I am struggling; maybe this is the reason for this behaviour, as he knows I am an international student with a temporary status in the country. I am financially and mentally stressed because of this person, and I don’t know what to do or what will happen next. I didn't want to do this, but he left me no choice. This is the first thing I am doing, and I won’t stop until I get my hard-earned money back.

One of the realtors, Sarah Rapp, is so unqualified for real estate that she wasn't aware of her own neighbor's special needs facility next door.

Now she is trying to get that special needs facility shut down.

Never use a realtor that would employ someone as abhorrent and incompetent as this.
