This was the primary purpose of our trip to St Anthony! It was my spouse’s 50th birthday and it has always been his dream to see an iceberg. We went during the Canada Day Long Weekend.
I didn’t book ahead online as we wanted to make sure first that there were still icebergs to see. I first sent an email to them but on our way to our cabin, we stopped by their store. Sure enough, they said that there was still an iceberg in St Anthony. Mo booked the tour for us the next day at 9am. If the weather is bad, they said they will move the tour to a later time, so we were glad to do this on our first day. Kier replied to my email inquiry in a timely manner and I really appreciated it.
The tour was amazing! We saw a humpback whale, they brought us to the sea caves and of course, the iceberg up close! Captain John, Kim and Paul Roberts were great! They entertained us and gave informative commentary!
This tour is highly recommended! They have a zodiac tour as well if you prefer a small size group.
We are already planning to go back and we would definitely do this tour again.

Seriously, one of the best experience in my life. We went late July 2022 and we saw so many Wales, including killer whales group.

The sea was touch but the captain navigated it like it was nothing (he made us feel that way anyway). He was also very passionate and gave us precious information on NFL, the whales and more.

The whole team was very friendly and it was easy to get tickets. We booked the night before for the morning. I would maybe recommend to not be as last minute as we were, since we got lucky - the spot remaining were very limited.

I highly recommend theirservices.
Also, whale watching is a must when you visit NFL!

This was one of the highlights of the trip. After an unsuccessful tour down in Twillingate, we took the chance with Northland to give us a good north waters experience, and they didn't disappoint!

The Capt was extremely knowledgeable and a true blood Newfoundlander, you can tell by the passion in voice when he spoke about the waters, the life and culture.

On our tour we saw Minke and Humpback whales, a pod of dolphins and jellyfish. We also took in the last iceberg in the area. Although it wasn't the huge beast it was when it first went aground in the harbour, it was worth the view!

Worth every penny. Highly recommend if you are in the St. Anthony area!!

Great tour. Icebergs and Humpback whales. Mostly sunny day, but still fairly cool on the water. Layered clothing, toque kept us nice and comfortable. Tour guide was excellent and boat was just the right size to handle the swells without any trouble.

AMAZING experience! During the second week of August

I traveled from Ohio with family to see the whales here and this tour did not dissapoint. The crew is very experienced on the waters and hosting tour guides. I felt safe the entire time.

15 mintues after leaving shore we saw a whale breach. We were barely 300 ft from the shore and didnt have to travel much farther the entire trip.

The tour guide said we were spolied because it was a day he's never experience in all his years! They always see whale but ours was special because the whales stayed to play! Two humpback whales came right to our boat and played for the entire two hour tour. Then two more joined the fun. We even got sprayed.

Simply excellent adventure today. Paul Paul and Kim greeted customers warmly, toured areas with huge beautiful icebergs and provided information about the area. Questions were answered efficiently before and during booking as well as during the tour. A highlight to our Cross Canada Tour so far. We highly recommend!
