I made a scheduled pick up of xmas packages for Christmas eve. I had no phone calls no idea they made the mistake of thinking it was the day before.
When I called today to see where the bus was I was basically torn a new one. The woman you could tell was speaking to herself saying " I can't take much more of this".
The driver called me and basically insinuated I was inept. That I didn't check messages on my phone from them etc. Well your business doesn't come up on my phone and two messages I received on my phone yesterday were of purely dead air and breathing. So unless you speak and leave a message I don't know who you are and I erase it.i only chose this service because I needed these packages to get out to my stepfather who is alone for xmas.Everyone has something going on and gets stressed. But yelling at me telling me what I did wrong or you did right is not solving anything. And the constant having up of the phone then disregarding calls is now what I've come to expect from businesses that care less and less about customers and more about the dollar. Thank goodness I could count on another service last minute that knows what family,customers service and the good old fashioned Newfoundland hospitality is about. Even if the service couldn't do it he was kind,calm and helpful.
Hopefully footes gets theirselves together for following holidays. If not I suggest you book with another service. Drive yourself or get someone to drive you. But don't deal with this headache of a company if you don't have to.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Had packages due to be delivered to Marystown from St. Johns today. Took down our information on Sunday [supposedly]. Called to confirm they would be coming, receptionist said she didn't 'have' our info; was extremely short and snappish with my sister over the phonr. The receptionist was exceptionally rude. Talked down to my sister; whom was on the phone with them, she said she'd get the driver to call back. The driver that called back to confirm our info; basically told us we were lying, was flippant, sarcastic, talked over my sister, and MOCKED us over the phone and told us he'd been sitting in our driveway the day BEFORE they were supposed to pick up, home and we are in a groundlevel apartment with a direct view to the front of the building AND the whole driveway.

It's understood this is a very frustrating time of year; made worse with the recent Canada Post strike, but if you're gonna run a transport business that also delivers, it is YOUR job to remain as professional as possible. Insulting your clients and yelling at them over the phone is not the way, and a surefire way to end up with more reviews like this, and it's obvious you don't care about your business or the people you're supposed to serve. Asolutely appaling behaviour besides. 0/10, would never contact again. Worse customer experience I've ever had and that's saying a ton.

First winter storm of 2017. All vehicles on the TCH were driving carefully and cautiously except for one, Foote's taxi van. This driver should have been/be arrested for dangerous driving. Riding peoples bumpers in a blizzard, near zero visibility, watched them nearly go off the road behind me when hitting a section that wasn't plowed.

I have never seen such a display of idiocy on the roads of NL in my life! The roads were treacherous and this moron decided driving 5 feet off of peoples bumper is a good idea, I can only imagine how the passengers aboard this van felt as he nearly went in the ditch!

Wouldn't dare pass though of course because the road was wicked. Disgusting display of disregard for others safety on the road this time of year. Only one on the road like this, every other vehicle was sensible keeping distance between themselves and others due to the conditions.

You have no place on the highways of this province. Will be reporting to the RNC.

The driver was professional and courteous. Came right to my door and got me to the airport safely when it was snowing heavily and the road's weren't fit for a dog. Thank you very much I will definitely call you again!

These guys drive great and are very helpful. You people putting bad review should be ashamed of yourself cause I've used them numerous times since I've relocated from Ontario and they have been nothing but A1 service. Keep up the good work guys and thank you
