I don’t even know where to start with these guys. Worst collection agency out there. Stay far away from this company. They love referring back to their contract but don’t own up to it. I sent these guys an invoice that was outstanding for a year. They said they’ll take care of it plus add on interest. After 3 Years they sent me a cheque for only $686. I called and asked them where the money went they told me to email them. I email them and all they can say is “the fee is correct” after over 20 emails, They get back to me saying “that they took 45% since the debtor was not at the address provided. When in fact he still is ( I checked in on it) second they state they will collect 26% interest for every year the invoice is outstanding. It’s been 3 years the invoice is outstanding and when I asked where the interest went they told me we don’t collect interest but their contract that they THEY GO BY says they do. Later they tell me because it took so long they kept the interest and I ended up taking only 45% of initial invoice amount while they took 55% (it’s suppose to be other way around) plus they kept the interest for having to spend resources for 3 years. This company is a joke. There’s other companies that are truthful and way better for less fees and help you keep as much of the invoice value. Please do not give them any more business to such unfaithful company. It’s a shame how they treat their customers and don’t care about their business name.

Do yourself a favour and ignore this company. Pay any outstanding debt straight to your original debtor and do NOT give them a dime. I had an outstanding dental bill I forgot to pay and these unprofessional, disgusting creatures were the ones contracted to collect. A Lisa Marie was the specific rep that contacted me and she was completely out of line for not only the disrespect she was uttering, but also threatening to stick a dot on my credit file even if the debt is paid. As well as trying to scare companies from accepting debt paid in full from their clients so that they can get paid and take their ridiculous fee. Overall disgusting company, with clearly no care as to who they hire to represent them. If you are a business, stay away from this company and use a more reputable company.

this place has been harrasing me for year re: a $400 overcharge by a mediator who decided to blw thru the $5K retainer - after having resolved little to nothing with the other party in mediation - and then sent me one last bill for an extra hour of his time. He then sends this so called "deliquent account" to this bad business call Credit Network Inc ...the woman at the co. trolls my cell number (of course I've blocked 3 separate numbers she's called from over the last year) - his rude, beligerent ... pathetic

WOW I was just about to leave a rant very similar to a few of the other 1 ⭐ reviews ... I think I'll use that same energy to submit a consultation with my law firm! Thanks for the previous reviews, I really appreciate it!

This company does not follow the ministry rules. If you get them to collect money for you you're guaranteed not to receive all of it or maybe not even any of it. Their customer service are horrible. If you Google their name again you'll see they have two different reviews. One is 1.6 and they're hiding that review so nobody can read them and the horrible customer service they give.

Can you imagine you hire them to collect money for you. And it turns out you won't get any money at all they keep it for themselves. Read the other reviews that start with 1.6. Not this review it's 4.2 and it's fabricated

We submitted several accounts to this company for collection. They collected on one, the customer paid us directly. I advised them of the payment, they issued their bill for their percentage and I paid it. Different people keep calling me asking for invoices, statements, as they are working the other files I sent to them. I had already submitted all documentation to them before. I decided it wasn't worth the hassle and requested them to cease any activity and close my account. A few weeks back I get an invoice for their share of payments supposedly paid to us by the customer (apparently the customer told them they paid & they are taking their word for it). I received no payments from any customers, yet they are billing me for their percentage. I have tried to explain to different people and they are relentless. They expect payment for accounts they could not collect on. Don't ever use them. Their staff turnover rate must be extremely high as a different person calls me every time.

Terrible company to deal with. They are rude on the phone when you finally get to speak with someone and will not return your calls or emails. I hired them for collections of unpaid debt owed to our company, and although they have collected monies from a couple of clients, they've yet to send any money collected to us - I keep getting "we've mailed a cheque" and yet a year has passed with nothing but excuses and no cheque! They don't notify you either once they have collected from one of your clients which can be embarrassing when you're speaking with a client that you believe still owes you money only to find out they've paid CNI directly. They've made it abundantly clear that their clients are not a priority. They are good at shuffling you around and you are unable to get answers to any of your questions. Would not trust them or recommend them!!!

After trying to deal with my clients for over a year to get them to clear up their outstanding debts, I decided that I needed help in trying to recover them. I signed on with Credit Network Inc to see what they can do. To my shock, I have started receiving payments from my clients. My only regret is trying so long by myself. I have been very happy with my experience.
