If negative stars can be given I'd give them 100+. They have the most unprofessional women who work there. Why do they even have a job being so unprofessional? They hung up the phone on me pretending they can not hear me. Before this, you can hear the other women saying "she's on the phone now". I'm guessing they were heading out for lunch. Didn't have time to be professional. Or smart.

They have a receptionist (I don't know her name because she refuses to identify herself) who answers the phone in an extremely arrogant, disrespectful and demeaning manner!

Was a Friday afternoon when
I called to ask something simple, like whether the Welland Court accepts evidence files via email or if they prefer to use the portal.

She yelled and told me to Google it and said she didn't have time for stupid questions, and then hung up on me.

This court definitely does not represent justice authorities, but rather dictators who do not value human dignity!

The man who works the desk for small claims is so mean for absolutely no reason, it’s insane. I’ve never spoken to a grumpier person in my life. Two times now he treats me like total dirt if I don’t know all the ins and outs of the court system. I was kind to him both times. I don’t understand how they can keep someone around who is so awful to people who are just trying to navigate what is usually a really tough time in their lives. I hope he sees this and learns to smile, life is short

Another example of lazy government workers who can't work a full day in their life. Open from 9-11, then 2-4 just so everybody can have lunch. This is what were paying for people! Lazy lazy government employees who get off more time than they work during the year.

Edit: Even lazier than i thought. Its supposed to snow today so now they switch all matter to video call. So, employees paid for by tax money, building is built with tax money, pay parking, pay for lawyer for IMPORTANT matter, only to have these lazy ivory tower workers not want to show up because its SUPPOSED to snow. They are shaping other peoples futures, but too lazy to come in for work to their workplace. This is Canada people. It snows. Very shocked at how unprofessional and leeching these people are allowed to be.

Says online can file at court house or online, having difficulty online, drive to the court house to file, they tell me can only file online. Lazy, useless gov't employees.

I needed to pay for a ticket and I couldn’t pay it online so I came directly to the courthouse. They gave me a number and told me to wait, and when they called my number I had a phone call I had to take and the lady said she couldn’t help me because I was on my phone, which is completely fine and understandable so I went back and took a seat to finish my phone call. At this point there is literally no one here, so she couldn’t call another number. I finished my phone call as soon as I could and went back to the counter since there was nobody there, but the lady said that I had to take another number. Maybe the number is for their filing system so fine, I went and took another number and went back, then the lady proceeded to tell me she can’t help me now and to go back to the seat until she called my number. There is literally NO OTHER CLIENTS there.
