Well, I have to say my experience seems quite different from many of the previous reviews.
First of all it only took me about a week to get an appointment with Grace Ayad the Registered Dietitian. The receptionist was friendly and efficient, but most important Grace was amazing;
A bright cheerful attitude, attention to detail, and a wealth of useful, helpful information! When I went in there I was struggling with some dietary restrictions I have to deal with, by the time I left I was excited because of the ideas and options Grace was able to provide me with. I have a follow up appointment with her in May and I'm already looking forward to it. Because of her these next few months are going to be fun and interesting instead of a challenge!
I think the Lindsay health team is AMAZING!

We were in a bad spot - super sick child, and we first drove an hour to Halliburton hospital (where we waited for hours, and no ETA could be provided), so we eventually left and drove another 1.5 hours to get to this Lyndsay clinic. We barely made it before closing, but they kindly held a spot for us. We only waited about an hour, and had our diagnosis (strep, ugh!). A million thanks to the staff here for letting us in and taking care of our baby.

Dr Anderson has been my Dr all my life. I am very happy with Dr Paul. She is very smart and I trust her. Trying to book an appointment here or get anyone to answer the phone on the other hand is something else. This has been a decade long issue as they only answer the phones during certain hours, they don’t take messages or return calls. It’s always at least a month out for appointments. They should have a way to book online at least or email with patients for booking.

Doctor Anderson was great, and Doctor Paul has been wonderful, but the admin side of TCM has been frustrating to work with. Communication in general is very difficult when it comes to dealing with admin staff, booking, asking questions. Online booking isn’t working and it’s not easy to have someone answer the phone when you call during their limited phone hours during the week…

This is the best medical team in the town of lindsay !
They have several great doctors, nurses and a nurse practitioner ( Samantha Lucas ) who is absolutely wonderful and much better than some doctors i have seen at other locations.
The facility is large, clean and attached to a pharmacy. It is only a 5 min walk to the hospital or a 2 min walk the other medical building on the north side of the parking lot that has several " specialists " in it.
I have never had a bad experience and feel very fortunate to be a patient here.

Dr. Gogan and Dr. Ralph are amazing doctors. Thery listen attentively and are very knowledgable. I wouldn't want to have any other Dr's looking after me. Keep up the excellent work to you and your staff!

Have never experienced a place like this before. Going on over a month and a half trying to book a single appointment with any doctor in the entire place as my family doctor is away indefinitely. Absolute waste of your time. Ever since Dr. Anderson left its gone completely down hill
