Very disappointed with my experience at Capital Mortgages. Derek did not listen to his clients request instead pushed his own agenda, which may have benefited his firm in the short term but will not in the long term. I would strongly recommend using many other trustworthy brokers in Ottawa before this firm.

I would recommend Capital Mortgages to friends and family in a heartbeat. We met with Richard Morgan, and from the beginning, he made us feel very comfortable and made sure he explained all of our options and what he felt was best for our needs. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood his answers. Once we decided to go with them, he kept us updated with the best rates until closing time. We also had the pleasure of working with Kim Purdy throughout the process and she was FANTASTIC! She was always available to answer our questions and help us get all the right documents in order. She answered our emails very promptly and was always so helpful and enthusiastic about interacting with us. Overall, Capital Mortgages made our first home purchase so much easier because we didn't have a lot of knowledge about this field and they truly cared about us understanding what we were doing throughout the entire process.

very bad experience this company, they will ruin your finacial, i did twice actually because they promise me to merge everything for the second year but is not happend, they will force you to accept again for another year and very high interest rate for nothing, i almost lost my property. dont deal with martin they will take your money, they will not help you actually they will ruin your life. think twice before you make deal this company.. worse than ever.. dont deserve one star supposed to be 0 star..
