These are your exact words:

"Simultaneously we get you name added to LMIA (Already done). I can show you a copy when reach to that step, not today."

-And you haven't even shown me the copy of it. I know that the LMIA is confidential but you could've atleast video called me and shown me a proof that I already have one.

"As per results, You get the documents from your local agency."

-So from whom will the documents come from? I am not stupid to not know that you have the LMIA on you. LMIA processing needs the employer's documents so I know for a fact that you have all the documents that I was asking for. I was not asking you to process any other documents for me. The only thing that I was asking you was for you to send those documents because I need it but you insisted that you're already done with my application.

"Yes there will be one. Raja will send to you as I am not aware of the process but you will receive one sometimes."

-This one was quoted by the employer himself when I was asking for the EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT. And the only thing that you sent me was the Job Offer which clearly are two different things.

"The cost with the agency will come into picture only once we have positive results on your work permit. (I will assist you in process)

-So what happened to the "I will assist you in process when you clearly told me that:
"If you have more documents required from what already has been provided, you should have suggested so in starting."

I asked you multiple times for the documents that I will be needing from the very beginning but this is what you told me:

"The way you are asking for documents, you doesn’t seem patient at all and looks like you just want to reach Canada and noting else.
MY JOB IS TO PROTECT MY EMPLOYER TO BEST OF MY ABILITIES, FROM FRAUDS WHO TEND TO USE THEM FOR THIS PURPOSE."

-To protect your employer from frauds who tend to use them only? So what are you trying to say? That I am a fraud for asking you multiple documents which was clearly needed by my local agency?

"Also, I am the one who is and will be dealing on employer's behalf."

-You will be the one dealing on employer's behalf? You are very clear on that part which clearly means that all of the documents that I will be needing from the employer would directly come from you since you are the one "DEALING ON EMPLOYER'S BEHALF". Yet you insisted that you cannot provide any other documents.

And from your last email,

"Alright, your this email clarifies, and good that I trusted my instincts. As I have explained you earlier and explaining you one last time, our part is complete. "

-Good that you trusted your instincts? That I was a fraud? So based from your words, I can clearly confirm that you might have sabotaged my first application since from IRCC's email, the NBI on file belongs to another person. How the hell did that happen? I know for a fact that the applicant will be uploading personally the necessary documents when applying for a visa. And clearly since you we're the one who processed my application, you were the one who uploaded my documents. From their email that the NBI on file belongs to another person, you have clearly sabotaged my application and still blames it on the IRCC saying that it is an error on their part.

I can still quote you on a lot of things but you got lucky that this review only has a limited # of characters. You should be thankful that I am not filing a complaint on the CICC based on the attitude and non-professionalism that you have shown towards me (& I have already checked CICCs COC)

And for the record, I am not rating you based on the approval of my application. I AM RATING YOU BASED ON THE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH YOU, BASED ON YOUR RACISM, AND BASED ON YOUR NON PROFESSIONALISM towards me. It is now clear why almost all of your good reviews only came from people of your race.
