I have had my cargo ease slide for about 5 years. Absolutely fantastic addition to my truck.
Most recently I had some issues, and the staff was so responsive, they sent me what I needed and explained tonme how to install.
I was very impressed with the customer service.
Thank you

I have owned a 2000 lb. Cargo Ease since 2017. It has been a lifesaver. I have a camper shell on my pickup so I thought this would be helpful. Wow! I would load my truck with 3 foot tree rounds from front to back. My Cargo Ease worked as intended. I now load up all my racks and supplies for art shows and I don’t need to climb in the back of my truck to get out the supplies from the back. I highly recommend this product. Everyone that sees it are amazed at how efficient and easy it is to use.

My Cargo ease slide out was manufactured in 2012, one of the bearings broke and i was having trouble with the locking mechanism. I called them and made an appointment to have it fixed. Once I was there the staff was extremely helpful. The workers pulled it from mt truck took it inside to work on it. they replaced all 8 bearing with new ones. My locking mechanism was the "old style" so instead of fixing it they spend a good 2 hours fitting my slide out with the "new" locking system. I went to the office and spoke with Jordan who told me there was NO CHARGE!! I fully expected to pay for the excellent service I received. I always say small companies have the best customer service, but the staff at CARGO EASE went above and beyond. A special thanks to Joey, John and Jordan.

not happy with my purchase of the full extension does not stay in lock position the slider is too loose, it shift more than 1 inch from side to side when it's close and the handle to unlock the bed is hard on your hand. it took a good 6 month for the manager of ctp distributors to contact me for the warranty and the only thing i receive is a small bag of little parts and its only gonna fix the problem temporary warranty suck

I bought a headache rack 1yr ago brand new and now my headache rack is rusted and the main supports are swelling up. 3months after me purchasing the headache rack the paint was coming off and rusting. Already got to look at a new headache rack that's not structurally compromised. Will not buy from this company again.

Update #2:
Ok. Thanks to Cargo Ease’s commitment to customer service, and to the tenacity of Jordin, who works the phones, my Gen 2 cargo ease full slide which replaces my gen 1, is........fantastic!
I thought I loved the first gen (minus the shortcomings) but gen 2 hits the ball out of the park.
I've since had some sliding dividers fabricated, and I now know I will never own a truck without a full extension bed slide.
Thanks Jordin!!
Update:
Wait a tick. Got a hold of a lovely young lady by the name of Jordin answering phones at Cargo Ease, and it sounds promising that she might fix me up.
I so miss my big ease!!
I'll keep ya posted.

Love the concept, execution isn't the best, and support calls go unanswered.
I purchased the 2000lbs full extension less then a year ago.
When empty, or almost empty this thing rocks, but add a little weight and it will most certainly leave you stranded.
It's now been 5 times I've had to unload, close drawer, lock it, then reload my stuff. I'm talking at most 500lbs evenly distributed.
The other day I found myself with 12 deck blocks (200lbs) on my cargo ease and stuck at half in half out in the homedepot lot.
It got a lot of attention, but not for the right reasons.
The first time it let me down I had 20 sandbags on-board. The slide would close, but not lock.
At the time I thought the locking spring had failed, as it had several weeks earlier. I was forced to drive with my drawer bouncing from tailgate to front box with full force of the load each time I stopped or started.
Love the concept, I just haven't experienced what was promised.
Sometimes it doesn't pay to buy local.
