If I could leave 0 stars I would.

We stayed in the Sheffield property. It is listed as 6 person, but to be sure I confirmed on the day that house would be set up for 6 people, I was told yes. When we arrived at 9pm there wasn't any bedding or towels for one of the beds. There wasn't enough mugs or crockery either.

I called the property and they informed me that because of the time we would have to go out and purchase our own bedding and they would refund us. We had to search for a store open at that time selling bedding. The next morning a cleaner arrived with towels and crockery .

I complained to the company and asked for compensation and the customer service team said management had refused. I asked to speak to management and they promised to call me back. No such call came in the coming days. I followed up on email and was told that management had emailed me - they hadn't. When I asked to see the email management had said, they didn't forward it on. I checked my spam, there wasn't email. They hadn't tried to call or email me at all.

When I asked to speak to management again the customer service team told me no compensation would be offered as they had refunded me for the sheets we bought already. Management refused to talk directly to me.

No apology from management, no recognition of the arduous task of having to go out searching for bedsheets at 10pm at night in a city you don't know. Nothing. It was utterly disgusting particularly as they lied saying they would / did contact me.

It was so poorly run I wouldn't stay there again and am still furious about how their management provided such awful service.

Request payment by cheque only, its 2024!!
Charge for a receipt!!
Add additional charges to leasehold without warning.

Very difficult company to work with. I managed to sort things out but only after visiting their office several times until someone answered the door. Dont bother phoning them.

What an unprofessional company. Invoiced me for the ground rent due on my property and as I don't have a cheque book account (who does these days?) am unable to pay as they seem to only accept cheques. Have left numerous messages and they never return calls. I pay most things these days by bank transfers as this is the quickest way to pay. No response to any attempts I have made. would like to complain - not sure if the ombudsman covers this service? I would like to leave no stars but I'm not given that option!!!!

Does anyone know how to contact this company? Me and all the tenants in our property would like to leave this companies service as it’s ridiculously expensive and impossible to contact anyone…. We would like to use a management company that is local …. We are in West Sussex 250 miles away!!

Been trying to contact them for around 1yr to extend lease. I have lost a sale on the property as they just don't reply to my solicitors or to my own attempts to contact them.

Disgusting service. I am selling my flat and needed information from them for my solicitors I asked them on 25/07 and I have still not received them and it’s 13/09 and the sale is falling through. You should be ashamed !
