Used online service. Package for for a group of 3 was $700 more than carriers advertised price. Checked on a competitor site, same story. Not sure why they think the customer won’t notice. Same flight, dates, package and service. I checked after 20 mins of booking. Lesson learned for the future.

We went in to TripCentral Beechwood on Saturday, August 17th to get some help planning our honeymoon. After discussing what we were looking for with Jairus, he told us he'd get back to us within a couple of days with more information. When I hadn't heard anything a day after he'd promised to get back to us, I emailed him, and he responded saying that they had been short staffed lately and that he would get me the information by the next day. It's now been almost 2 weeks since we went in there and we still have not ever received any information. We ended up just arranging our honeymoon on our own. I don't know if they're really so short staffed and so busy that they can't stay on top of their requests, but I would definitely avoid booking anything with this location if this is the kind of customer service they're offering.
