We were only connected with this firm as our previous agent sold her business to them. Stay clear of buying Permanent insurance it's a complete rip of. Paid over 10,000 in 8 years, no cash value, this was not fully explained, lack of transparency, little to no contact with advisors, to review or discuss options instead of just throwing money away. I would not give the O'Donnell's or Sun life my business ever again. I don't believe they have the interest of their clients at the forefront of what they do.
