The food was absolutely delicious! I had the jerk chicken last month with plantains and keep thinking about the flavors 😍 it was too early for patio season but still went to eat it on the beach. The atmosphere inside was great and the service was kind and knowledgeable. Looking forward to going back in the future and trying more dishes. Thank you!

We waited two years to come here and it was well worth the wait! We will definitely be returning. It was as phenomenal as the initial sampling at a large private school Christmas market. Everything was perfect and authentically Jamaican. The jerk and fry chicken, shrimp, rice and beans and slaw were delicious. It was so hard to decide on what to order because we knew that it would all be incredible. Would love to see a sampler share platter to make it easier! The service, the ambiance, the food and the location - it is actually a plus, too! Definitely a new fave!

A hidden gem

II was Happily surprised when, I walked in.

It was absolutely captivating. The dinning Room is beautiful. Providing a relaxing atmosphere.

The owners were so kind and authentic. (Hard to find these days)

The food literally punched me in the mouth with FLAVOR 😋 😋 😋

I would drive the 1hr from Toronto to get me some more.

My wife and I were in Innisfil looking at houses for sale with our real estate agent and decided to stop in at Taste of The Grill for lunch. When we entered the restaurant was empty so we were hesitant but it was a Monday and we were greeted warmly so we sat down. Thankfully we stayed - the food was amazing and much better than Jamaican food we have had elsewhere. The spices were perfect and the chicken was moist and tender. The owners were very friendly and answered some of my dumb questions with grace. We ended up buying a house in the area so this is going to be a regular spot for us.

Just came back from taste of the grill. We had oxtail dinner and a side of jerk chicken , omg BOMB , the flavours were on point. The jerk , oouuu that charcoal taste just delishhhhh!!! The perfect spice too - all around yum!

It’s a vibe….. I will be back! I give it a 5⭐️ plus!!!

A friend of mine was bragging about this place, how it was the best Jamaican food in Canada for quite some time. I didn't believe him, so I started following them on Instagram. After weeks of dreaming of their curry goat, I took the 1 hour drive from Orangeville for an early dinner. Honestly, I could have shed a tear when I tasted the jerk chicken.. It tasted like jerk chicken from blueberry hill in Portland. Fried Chicken, best EVER, not even Jamaican KFC tastes that good! Oxtaill muah.. chef kiss! Festivals were made to order... soo good my husband ordered twice! The place was extremely clean, the server was amazing, I wish I got her name, she was so friendly and patient. The owner is a queen! beautiful, outgoing and so welcoming. We planned on eating in the car but she convinced us to stay and I'm so glad. Our whole family enjoyed it. I will 100000% be back. Best Jamaican restaurant in Canada by far!
