Amanda was able to find an excellent resort for our family multi-generational vacation. From the “kids’ club “ for young grandchildren; to “quiet adult pool” for the grandparents, everyone was very happy. Amanda, does a fantastic job. We have been traveling for years, at one point we used travel agents in Guelph, then due to dissatisfaction we started booking directly with travel firms. Then about four years ago, our daughter put us onto Drexler travel, and we have never looked back!!! As we are both retired, we travel a lot and in ALL cases Amanda has done a fantastic job for us, especially our 50th anniversary Alaska cruise, airfare, cabin upgrades etc. And on our trip too Barbados, extras delivered to our room on our special anniversary day, all curtesy of Amanda. Our son was getting married, and my wife and I asked Amanda to help them pick a honeymoon spot in the sunny south. Amanda took the time to listen and then offer suggestions based on their specific wants and budget. She was very thorough in the paperwork which made the process seamless from beginning to end. Amanda is very professional and yet personal in her approach.
