This review is long overddue, not only for the Ingersoll location but also with my end to end claims experience. Our family has multiple vehicles, home, tenant and motorbike insurance with Co-operators. First, I am thankful to Sarah for her service over the last number of years. Sarah always takes my calls and provides top notch, insightful, compassionate, responsive service - a 10 out of 10. Also, I want to mention thank we are also super happy with the claims service we have received. We have had a number of claims including a home theft and a total car write off and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. Same responsive service and a willingness to discuss the claims and in the case of the vehicle write off they adjusted our claim payout when I provided additional supporting documentation. A little disappointed, I asked about insurance for my sons vehicle and was quoted a price. 2 days later I was told I couldn't insure the vehicle. But they went into my account and tried to remove the quoted price anyway. Maybe it was a miscommunication but otherwise happy with the staff and service

Been dealing with cooperators for over 20 years I never call to ask ar haggle for a cheaper price or complain about my rates going up I never check a competitor for cheaper rates but lately yes I've been having issues paying as well as many other people do with covid and the inflation plus having to drive 3 hours away to see my mom who has lymphoma so I was shocked to see an email saying they now want me to pay out right for the year! I'm sorry but if I'm struggling to pay monthly how am I supposed to pay yearly?so much for loyalty my recommendations is to use someone else

I've dealt with Sarah Voigt a couple of times with regards to my car insurance and home. I can't put into words how much of an asset she is to cooperators. She is so efficient, and such a pleasure to deal with. She goes above and beyond all the time. Moving to Ingersoll has been so easy thanks to Sarah. The food was really good . Very clean Friendly. I got take out because of the lockdown but when the lock down is done I will go there to Dine in.
