I bought a brand new truck 2024 gmc 1500 3.0 diesel, for 80000$ in this, place then I asked few questions like how much DEF fluid is using when towing?They told is ok a max is 1 jag per 4000-5000 kms, when towing, real is 10-15 liters per 800-1000kms, which is insane. I TOWED 4000 LBS CAMPER WHICH IS VERY SMALL. When I talked to service, they said is.ok. WTF. Also has a problem withtruck in first 4000 kms, then check engine light after 13000 kms. They did not told the factory navigation works only 1 month, then I have to pay for that extra. After one month I call back and ask a general manager would they interested to buy this truck back from me, I was ok to loose some money too. He is promised to call me back then newer happened, I call back again and same thing happened again.
Beware guys, they are doesn't take care of own customers, they are interested sell you an unit and give up after that.
Bad, bad ? buisenes.

I bought a 2024 Chev Silverado 1500 from Virden Mainline Motors this week. The dealership was excellent to deal with. They were very straightforward as we negotiated and they wrote up the deal exactly as agreed with no attempts to add extra fees or anything like that. I would rate my experience with them as top notch. More of an "old school" sincere rural feel to their business compared many other dealerships I've had interactions with. Thank you Derek, James, Shane and Lizel for your part in my purchase. Also, the shop was efficient and professional in the work they did transferring things from my old truck to the new. And let's not forget about the receptionist.... she was truly friendly and sincere as she handled several of my calls as we put the deal together. I did not get her name, but I appreciated the good job she did too. Thanks again.
