My experience with obtaining house insurance has been quite disappointing. I originally went to the office and spoke with the representative, provided all necessary information and waited patiently for three days, only to receive an incorrect quote. After noticing discrepancies, I visited the office in person over the weekend to address the issues directly- turns out it was with the manager of the location. She assured me that corrections would be made promptly and mentioned that it's a busy season for insurance right now.

However, it's now Tuesday, and I have yet to receive any update. This delay has left me feeling frustrated and questioning the level of commitment to customer service. The manager did mention it's a busy season, but my comparison with other providers like Cooperators and Hub, who responded within a day, makes me wonder about their actual workload.

It's disappointing to encounter such delays and lack of follow-through, especially when dealing with something as important as house insurance. Overall, my experience has not been satisfactory. I expected better communication and efficiency, especially given the importance of securing reliable insurance coverage.

I called in to ask a question. I believe her name was Brenda she was really Rude.
I called in Hi how are u doing today she was like ok. Then i have to continue & when i asked a question she answered and then i wanted to ask a probing question regarding that she was like you already asked me that & i told u we dont do that. Im very sensitive person and i also work in customer service. People like Brenda do not understand that you could make or break someone’s day. Im very disappointed. Please do better
