Oct 22/24 - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
We walked in and asked for assistance as a snowbird for renewals for Jan/Feb 25. Addressed by a lady wrapped in a shawl blanket sitting directly in front of entrance doors- she stated get someone to come in to do it for you. No help to assist. The other male said "logging in" and turned away. The east Indian lady popped her head up and sat back down. No customers in office.
Recommend to STAY AWAY and give your business to offices who care about customers and repeat business.
I typed the above as I sat at "One Insurance" who provided exceptional service and completed all requests

Christine is amazing, if you walk in there just wait and go to her. She's very knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. She utilizes her resources too if she doesn't know instead of telling us the wrong information which is evident with other places and other staff I've encountered. This place is lucky to have her.

Christine was amazing! Very friendly, we had 4 thing to insure and she got us in and out. Had trouble with another place BC they didn't know their stuff! Christine did thankfully! We will be going there because of her from now on!

I’d advise against using Team Insurance Brokers. They cancelled our policy prior to the expiration without notifying us, despite the fact that we prepaid for the entire year. Luckily this was discovered by another broker while we were getting quotes for the renewal.

If you’re considering using Team Insurance Brokers, I’d recommend reconsidering & choosing another brokerage to help with your insurance needs.

I brought over my policy to Team Insurance for this year's renewal and was very satisfied with the level of service I received. They were quick to respond and very pleasant to deal with. The person handling my policy had informative answers to all my questions and I was very comfortable knowing I was in good hands. They even found a way to save me money while still staying with the same insurance company, which I stated I wanted to do. I would recommend Team to anyone.

Extremely helpful over the phone. I asked about getting a driver's abstract and they informed me that it is much more efficient to go to a MPI service center and I could get an abstract immediately, through a broker could take up to 10 business days. They were correct. I did exactly as they said and I got my abstract for o ly $10.
