Town seemed nice. But for an oil town there streets(removal of snow) is something that should be of higher priority didnt know i would have to drive a 4x4 truck. Absolutely uneccesary.

We were in a car crash on the number one highway just had a virgin on July 5. Our vehicle was totally written off and it was towed away by Virden Towing. They did an amazing job but it taking us to our hotel and letting us unload everything out of our SUV. They showed great patience and amazing hospitality. We initially went to one hotel that did not have accommodation for pets but called around and made arrangements for another place for us to go. They also offered us a ride there.
The ambulance on scene took my wife and her dog to the vet to have him checked out and then the vet drove them back to the hotel.

If there’s any place in the world where you want to be in trouble, it would be Virden. I just want to thank all of them for being so kind considerate and patient with us as we were trying to figure out how to work through not having a vehicle to continue on our trip as we are from a distant province.
