Should be a 0 but can not choose that option. I moved here 6 months ago. The ppl here gave me the run around about changing my license and car and everything over. I had to go else where. It was all done at the other place same day. My partner went there for an id card that she did on line and they gave here the run around as well. She needed a bank statement for an ID card.

This visit was good, I had one of the friendly helpful people serve me today. Was friendly and was able to get things dealt with fully.
Stay away from the lady that usually sits in the middle service desk. She is a nasty person and wont be much of a help.

Great service! We came in with at least 3-4 things on the agenda to get done in regards to insurance. It took a bit of time considering we had so many requests but Britney was very patient and awesome! I swear she was smiling the whole time ! I don’t usually leave ratings but her patience is worth noting. Thank you!

Worst Customer service ever experienced. A couple of times visited this office just for an address change but nothing done and sending me back again and again asking for more docs. Lady at the reception talking and laughing too much for nothing., calling to Winnipeg office for help. went to a different auto pack agent and work done with in 10 min. If you have too much time and days, then pls go to this office.

I am from Headingley, but situation caused me to stay for some times in the city of Portage la Prairie. Came to MPI at this location to renew my license. The lady is friendly, attentive, and efficient to help me through. The Service Center also very clean, and well-organized. Well done!
