On Monday, December 4, 2023, I was at this Sherwood Park branch. The guy at the front desk was very nice. The girl is a consultant (Indian), I won’t write her name because she didn’t even introduce herself. He told me that I should go to Edmonton and get car insurance there. I told her I don't care about the distance. For me, the main thing after this is to get to the registration desk. My English is poor and I asked her to call the branch in my area and make an appointment for me. She turned me down and said I could email them. This is exactly the attitude I saw towards future clients.

I am currently on hold, been on hold for 34 min. And this is my 3rd time to call today. Cannot get ahold of anyone at the office they just transfer me to the generic customer service line. I would be really frustrated if this was an emergency all I want to do is make a change to my policy. I switched to this company because they promised personal customer service. There has been no customer service!!!
Definitely would not recommend.
