What a great team in here. They have made my healing as wonderful as it can be. Unbelievable with their compassion and professionalism. Right from the greetings from the front desk to the massage the physio the occupational therapy and others that practice. Amazing place and really reliable educational people.

Just spent two months working with Anad who was my Physio Therapist at Lifemark Synergy. He was super helpful, encouraging, and professional while helped me work on functional exercises for my rotator cuff (using a heavy phone book grrr :)) to prepare me to fully return to work. Thanks Anad!

I have an MVA last July 16 and after a week i saw 1 of the physiotheraphy here in life mark.
There all good ang give me assistant for the session.. Now i saw Richa Patel and she so helpful and giving me a good physio for every session... I absolutely recomend this branch as all of the team will happy to assist you. ☺️👍❤️

After being rear ended, my shoulder was injured. I had been going to a different clinic and physiotherapist for the last 8 months and not getting anymore range, mobility, strength or feeling any less pain. I decided it was time for a second opinion and I found Anand and Lifemark and within our first meeting he gave me breathing and strengthening exercises that actually made a difference that SAME DAY!! We have had a total of 4 appointments over the last month and I feel an improvement in strength, pain, mobility and range. I can't believe how different this experience is. I continually asked at the old clinic to be taken to the gym to make sure I am exercising and strengthening it correctly and in 60 appointments not once was I taken and shown the proper movements to rebuild strength and mobility, Anand took me to the gym my first appointment and every appointment since. My old clinic I saw the physiotherapist for a max of 10 minutes then was put on heat and a vibrating shocking machine. Anand sees me for 30 minutes and we spend the whole time in the gym showing me how to challenge and strengthen my shoulder safely. He offers hands on treatment and heat if needed as well. I have had an AMAZING experience and im so thankful for everything Anand has shown me so far and my only negative is that I didn't find Anand sooner. If you are looking for a physiotherapist who's goal is your recovery and getting you back to feeling and moving at 100%, he's your guy.
