Reserved a two queen bed room. They are doubles at the most. If they consider these beds queens, they are not regular queens by any means.

Secondly, the toilet was dirty and so was the tub.

The rest of the room was decent for the price.

The kids liked the pool even though the hot tub was taken by one family for over an hour and didn’t let anyone else use it.

Definitely won’t be staying here again. There is much better in Town for the price.

Pros:
Very nice breakfast.
Clean rooms.
Good pool with waterslide and hot tub.
Friendly, efficient staff.

Cons:
Facility was showing its age.
The bathtub was stained and all toiletries empty.
Carpet was old and worn.

Overall, it was a decent hotel to stay. It was worth the price paid. The breakfast was worth it alone. The kids loved the pool, I loved the hot tub. When the staff was notified of the hot tub not working as it should, they very quickly fixed it. I'd stay here again if I ever had to stay in Red Deer again.

Room reservation required adjoining rooms. Was assured this would be available. Upon check in, no adjoining rooms available. Instead put rooms on same floor. Explained this was not adequate to ensure appropriate supervision or minors. Because of the last minute change, could not find accommodation elsewhere.
Staff apologized and made excuses but offered no solution - basically too bad for you , stay or leave- I don’t care.

Pool was nasty, hot tub scummy, bathroom stained and not in good repair.

Very clean room, spacious, reasonably updated. The front desk staff is always so friendly. A special shout out to Marta, she is super helpful, friendly and personable. Always very positive to deal with anything I need when staying at the hotel.

The rooms are clean and the staff are great. The only disappointment was their free breakfast. The selections were cheap and lacked variety. In other words, you get what you pay for. But if you don't normally stay in 4-5 star hotels, this will do.

The rooms are clean, the hotel staff are great. For the price, it's a very good deal, especially for families. The only thing they should improve is their breakfast. It's rather cheap tasting and the coffee tasted like it's watered down.

I've stayed here a couple of times for business trips and had a great experience. While the room showed some minor wear (expected to some extent), it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the staff was extremely helpful, from booking to checkout. The location is convenient, with plenty of places within walking distance. I'll definitely book here again!
