I have been with Darson Insurance since 2010. I have nothing, but amazing things to say about them. Their dedication to their clients is beyond words. I’ve dealt with Darlene many times and she is the kindest person you’ll ever meet. She makes you feel comfortable and help you while making you feel treated as an equal. I’ve had issues before with other companies that talked to me in a condescending way (as if I’m supposed to know any insurance terms), but not Darlene. She respects you and you can just feel her genuine kindness. Brad is a great owner, has a lot of knowledge and is super personable. Called this company to make an appointment to meet with someone to get a quote on insurance on auto and house insurance. During the call I was hung up on. I called back and got answering machine. They called me back and informed me they had a power surge and that is why called end. She passed my call to Amanda and she told me to email my insurance information to her. She said she would send me a quote. Thus, far have not heard back from Amanda. I guess my business is not important to this company.
