I don't know if there's enough space to express our experience with Becca.

From the moment we called her her to enquire about selling our home, she was professional, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and honest. She provided us with an evaluation promptly and advised us on how to get our house ready for the market.

Her photographs/videos were top notch and made our house look beautiful. We had showing requests within 24 hours and an offer after 6 days on the market. She remained professional throughout the less than stellar experience we had with the buyers realtor.

Once our house had an accepted offer, she helped us find our new home in a community completely different from where we were selling. Her advice was sound and her advice helped us to get our offer in before a bidding war began.

On possession day, she arrived to hand over our keys with a beautiful hand made sign for our new beginning, and a pumpkin for Halloween.

Use Becca, but only if you want your house sold in 12 hours LOL!!! Our family has used Becca 4 times now,and she never disappoints. With our latest esperience, she sold our house before it hit MLS, with multiple offers. She then helped us find our dream home.She is a straight shooter who will tell you the truth, and not just try and sell you on just anything. She is detailed and fast with documents and maintained good communication with our broker and lawyer. She knows the market and is very knowledgeable about home construction, amenities, and more. Hopefully we never have to move again! But if you do, 10/10 recommend using Becca Duiker.

I don’t know that anything I could write would accurately convey just how exceptional of a realtor that Becca is.

She helped us find a very specific property we were looking for and in a very hot market managed to get it for us for below asking. Meanwhile, she had phenomenal listing photos taken for us, and marketed our house so successfully that we had 8 showings in the span of 3 days, 4 of which resulted in offers. Then when our buyers got cold feet and pulled out mere hours before conditions were supposed to be removed, she didn’t let it phase her, instead she got right to work and had a new offer for us to sign the very same day.

Some of my favourite things about working with Becca is her clear communication style and her sense of urgency. I know that she is an incredibly busy woman and has other clients and yet I always felt prioritized. She also somehow manages to feel like family while always remaining professional.

I would recommend Becca to anyone. I find it incredibly hard to believe that she would be capable of letting a client down. Thank you for helping us navigate a turbulent market with as little stress as possible.
