Had an awesome experience at Parkland Chrysler and Dodge this past week. Lana is excellent to work with along with all the managers. I was able to get into the vehicle I wanted and I couldn’t be happier with my first new purchase.

Took my RAM 1500 in for a recall on the ABS module. It took them a while longer than planned. I'm the type of guy that likes 'under promise, then over deliver'. The 15 to 30 min extra can go by slowly. However, they did wash the truck after the service.

They did a once over of things that needed maintenance. Nice to know what needs attention. I didn't get anything done as prices were about 1.5 times higher compared to my tech and a drive thru lube bays. But grateful to know what to keep my eye on.

I came into the service department for an issue with my wiper arm. They got me in right away, diagnosed the issue, and I was out of there with everything fixed in about 90 minutes. The service department was awesome, and even had a good chat with one of the sales staff while I was waiting. Great professionalism here. Thank you to the Parkland team!

I came, I saw, I bought! Linda in sales was very helpful, and not pushy like many car salespeople, she knew we knew what we wanted and made sure we got it! Manny in finance was extremely helpful, even getting our financing approved over the weekend while the used vehicle was being detailed and repaired before we test drove it. Shout out to Adam as well for offering other options we could drive away with day-of just in case the one we wanted didn't pass inspection. Overall a wonderful experience!

Went in for some recalls on my car.
Parkland Recommended some repairs and tires.
Spent over $3000 in repairs and they broke 2 of my hubcaps on my car. I showed them and they tried to say they were like that, but could not provide pictures. They said to check back the next day. Driving home, both damaged hubcaps flew off causing a major safety hazard for other drivers.
I called them the next day and was told they would call me back. I Called again 2 days later because they never called me and again was told I would get a call back. It’s now been about 2 weeks and no one has called back. This is now the second time that I’ve brought a vehicle in for service and it was damaged and they didn’t do anything to rectify it. Very disappointed in their service.

I’ve been taking our vehicles to get service at this dealership and absolutely like the friendly staff members, great selection of snacks, the popcorn machine is my favourite, my toddler loves the kids play area, very clean and organized! I’ve had great experiences until recently; last week I booked my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation and it took longer than it should, yesterday I booked my spouse’s truck for an oil change and let them know that I was again going to be waiting at the dealership with my infant and toddler and 2 hours later the truck wasn’t even been worked on, as much as we like it there it’s not fair to make costumers wait for that long, I would suggest not booking to many vehicles in if you can’t provide the service on time.

Very disappointed with the service I received, as being a 1st timer here for a service as new to the area. Was told about an hour +.
Sat waiting for 3 hrs only to find out after I went to ask, that my truck was ready over an hour ago. No one came to notify me that it was ready.
Multiple staff had seen me sitting in the waiting area and no one questioned it! I then found oil dripped onto my new garage floor as the service tech hadn’t cleaned up properly. Shame big4 is so far away used them for 6 yrs and there fantastic!

It was a VIP experience! Bonnie in particular made our appointment a delight. She arranged a shuttle for us to go get breakfast and arranged to pick us up after. The shuttle driver was friendly and made everything easy. The receptionist made sure we knew that there was a kids section to wait in and told us when the popcorn was ready. The car was clean when we got it back. All in all a really easy experience.
