I Love it there, Such nice people that work there. The service is awesome and friendly, but I mean it’s not always the fastest service, sometimes you’re in and out easy peasy, but Setting up insurance and making decisions takes time. The time they use waiting for each other to take turns with the one printer they share….I think they could use a larger office with private offices with their own printers so your personal business remains private in their individual offices to do their jobs. Sharing the same printer for each employee at the front for each customer…..I just think that the wonderful people that work there deserve their own offices to serve their clients individually in a private office not in a booth through plexiglass lined up at the front door with a line of chairs for people waiting ? Thank you Garrick (Gimli office ONLY) for your Exceptional customer service friendly atmosphere and whispering when I want my information private ?

The women who work here are awesome! I went in on the Saturday of a busy long weekend (Icelandic festival/Aug. long). They were very friendly and extremely helpful as I needed to change a lot of information on my account and update my license. They kept me laughing and stress-free the entire time (even for my license photo which we all know is not the most fun to take) and got me in and out of there so fast. Overall wonderful experience which I can't often say for an insurance office. Would definitely recommend going there!
