I have been to Spruce Grove Acupuncture and have seen Lianne twice now, and have nothing but amazing things to say. Lianne is so compassionate and has listened to all my concerns, no matter how small. I have had to visit a lot of medical professionals as of late, and Lianne is the only one who has made me feel heard and valued.
I love that she stays with you throughout your session and incorporates other modalities into her treatment. I know I have only been there twice, but I have experienced immediate results in terms of menstrual symptoms, and Lianne has helped me to better understand my grief from a recent event.

This is my new favourite place to go for healing and self care. Highly recommend!

This had to be the most pleasant medical related experience I've ever had. After being told for months that my sinus issues were a result of allergies (which I've not had before before) and tons of different steroids and pharmaceuticals pushed on me, I decided to switch gears and take a more natural approach to my issue...and lone behold it was NOT allergies but rather stress related (which made more sense to me). Dr. Mel Marr actually listened to, thought about my symptoms, and gave me a blend of herbs suited to my needs. My first visit here was also my time getting acupuncture and Dr. Marr made it a very comfortable and relaxing experience and I after that first appointment that was the best I've felt in months. After 2 acupuncture sessions and a month with herbs I can confidently say I'm on a road to recovery. I can't recommend Dr. Marr enough and this practice. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

I highly recommend Spruce Grove Acupuncture if you are looking for a quality service. I have noticed improvements in my condition after the first couple sessions.
