From the staff to the facility I am super impressed with Pine Ridge Physical Therapy.
Lisa has taken the time listen evaluate and make a treatment plan which has helped greatly with issues that have been left unresolved in the past, she is a pro.
It is a bit of a wait to get in as they are extremely busy, however it is worth the wait.
Strongly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this place! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit feel like a treat. The atmosphere is very relaxing, it's like stepping into a haven of tranquility. Whenever I need to unwind and destress, Pine Ridge physical therapy is my go-to destination for a massage. Highly recommend!

I have never been here before and in the past I’ve been to a lot of places for physical therapy and have found Kelsi to be the best Therapist I’ve ever had, she is very supportive and knowledgeable and is there to help with every exercise making sure they are done in proper form, I highly recommend Pine Ridge Physical Therapy!!

Always 5 stars, just came from a massage with Britney and i feel amazing! I also see Lauren for physio. Both are fantastic, knowledgeable and very talented. Receptionist (so sorry, i can never remember her name) is also lovely and friendly. 12/10 recommend, always look forward to my appointments.

I changed places and I love it here, highly recommend Brooke, her massages are incredible!!! And to Taha for physiotherapy he is helping me move so much better. It’s amazing I’m doing stairs!!! Super happy with the staff there.

Just moved from Winnipeg in March and started seeing Lisa for massage therapy and she is awesome. By far one of the best that i have been to. Very knowledgeable and friendly with a great sense of humor. Would definitely recommend her services.

Melissa is amazing. I started seeing her last year for nerve pain in my shoulder. After suffering for almost a month She was able to help me with only 2 visits. She is very knowledgeable and very thorough. Her and the staff are very friendly.
