This is a friendly, progressive, modern small town in one of the most beautiful spots in Alberta. Views for miles, open-friendly people and a true sense of welcoming. Great campground on a cool lake close to a fantastic 9 hole golf course with electric (eco-friendly) golf carts.

Highly recommend Raymond as a destination!

With all the amenities and activities you can find in the Town of Raymond, You would never know this is a small Town. Although I am from the City, I had everything I needed in Raymond within a couple minute bike ride :). Some of my favorites are the outdoor aquatic Centre, Studio 8 Fitness Centre, and the Pizza buns from the Merc!

If you are thinking of moving here i highly suggest you don't unless you family is really into sports. Raymond is a sports town that only takes care of the athletes. it makes other people that don't play sports feel out of place. I grew up here and never once felt part of the community. also the schools suck.

Lived here for 37 years. Town is family and sports orientated. Once you know people you can socialize a lot. All of Lethbridge is only 20 minutes away. Roomier yards here. Fewer fences. It is what you make of it.
