Spoke with Angela a few months ago in February when I was purchasing a place. I've been banking with CIBC for over 15 years and was disappointed by the quality of service, namely with how rude and impatient she was with me. Thankfully, i was only getting a second opinion and did not need her services.

No evaluation survey was ever sent to me to provide this feedback, though there were reminders of our tele appointment. I wonder why?

I do not recommend this branch location and am considering switching banks.
