They open at 9:30am. There's a huge line up even before opening. And when they open they only have 1 person at the till and 1 for business banking. There's a person going around if they can help with at the bank machine... why do you think people are lined up, its becausethings cant be done on the machine? Maybe fill the 4 open spots, even 2 would be better.
