Leur service est excellent, ils connaissent leur job. J'avais connu un accident et Lifemark m'a aidé à recouvrer ma santé plus vite. In July 2024, following a car accident, I went to Lifemark Millwoods Edmonton. Julia, who I met for physiotherapy, was exceptionally good. She made me feel heard and at comfort and was kind, compassionate, and attentive. Julia helped  me with proper stretches and exercises for my post-accident needs. She is very knowledgeable and expert in her work. And A special thank you  to the excellent massage therapist Jenny who is tremendously awesome. She provided me with the most incredible deep tissue massage I've ever had, relieving the tension, stiffness, and discomfort in my upper body. After seeing her, my range of motion and general health have improved. Jenny looks petite but her expertise in her professorial skills makes her huge. I appreciate all of the front desk employees for always welcoming patients and responding to my enquiries regarding paperwork. All of you helped me in my journey to recovery. After each session, I felt better when I left Life mark. Many thanks, team! Ladies, you all have my highest praise! Highly Recommended!

The front desk staff are always cheerful and friendly.
Alicia does an amazing job every time. She checks in with me through out my massage to make sure I’m doing ok and always makes sure she is addressing the issues I need help. I always come away able to move better and it lasts longer each time. I have gone back and will continue as long as I can.

I saw the Receptionist today and she handled a very unique and challenging situation. She was amazing, kind, and graceful. With my first hand experience of seeing how she handled the situation differently, she is definitely someone fit for the job for the face of a physiotherapy Clinic. I have zero doubts she is capable of handling all kinds of challenges. And with that said, I have little question wether their entire staff is the same! Please go to this place for all physiotherapy needs! It is a capable place!

I know due to the maturity of the Receptionist I will remember to bring and suggest people here!!!

Seriously, I went to other places and they were no Compare. Now do yourself justice and be treated well here today!!!

I visited Lifemark Millwoods after a motor vehicle accident in December 2023. I visited for physiotherapy with Julia, whom was excellent. She was attentive, friendly, warm, and made me feel comfortable and heard. Julia worked with me to tailor effective exercises/stretches suited to my needs post accident. A special shoutout to the small, but mighty, Jenny. She was able to relieve tension, stiffness and pain in my upper body with the most effective deep tissue massage I have ever received. My range of motion and overall wellbeing has improved after my sessions with her. Denise is also another great massage therapist, who was able to provide much relief to my upper body. Thumbs up, ladies! Thank you to all the front desk staff for always greeting the patients and for answering my questions when it came to paperwork. You all made my experience a smooth path to healing. I left Lifemark feeling better after every visit. Thank you, team!!!

I arrived at Lifemark about 8 weeks ago. I'm on long term disability client through Sunlife for mental health issues. I was in a spiraling black hold with my mental health. Depression and Anxiety was huge due to a work situation. My first appointment was with Jordan and I was so misunderstood about what I was doing there. Jordan was so kind and understanding to my needs. After the guidance Jordan has given to me I feel like a different person. Her kind heart and soul shines out of her. Her knowledge was outstanding. I feel like she's a life long friend now. I can never thank her enough for all she did for me. Words are not enough.
