Les deux employés que j’ai rencontré au front desk étaient très disponibles, gentils et avenants. Notre chambre était située au deuxième étage et il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. |La chambre était propre et bien disposée mais mal insonorisée. |La laveuse et la sécheuse sont disponibles pour les usagés de l’hôtel et ce gratuitement! C’est super apprécié! |L’hôtel est bien situé, près des services. |Le déjeuner est simple, c’est un grab and go fait par les employés de l’hôtel. Il y a fruit, muffin, yogourt et jus. Machine à café disponible en tout temps au rez-de-chaussée.|Merci pour le séjour, j’y retournerais.

Parking right outside the room door. Who could ask for more. But seriously, it was great. Stayed here when we went skiing. Room has a new Smart TV, full cable (all channels) and the best part.... they pack a brown bag breakfast for all guests ! Juice, muffin, apple/banana and a yogurt. It felt like a bit of home. The perfect thing for the trip to the hill. I have nothing bad to say about the stay. I will be staying there again. You should all check it out. Highly recommend 👌

Went skiing at Castle mountain ski resort. And quick stay here. ||Very convenient location. Reasonable. Clean hotel. Stuff are very nice ppl. ||Only shower no hot tub. ||No pool. They have lounge inside. ||No buffet style break fast. But they provide breakfast bag. ||Over all. I had great chosen to stay this hotel.

I had never been to Pincher Creek, but I can assure you I’ll be back to the Travelodge because Brigette Lawson made it feel like home. Her energy toward making sure I had a pleasant experience is worth five stars in of itself. There’s no reason to look at other accommodations. Stay here if you want to rest, recharge, and meet some wonderful staff members.

Good place to stay outside of Waterton...very good rate for one night on our way to Canmore. We had a clean, comfortable room on the ground floor. I usually request a top floor to avoid noisy pple above, but it seemed my request wasn't honored and we had to deal with loud stomping/ movement. I did call the front desk, it got better for a little bit then heard more and the next morning early, too. - The TV was tricky, but front desk gentleman came and fixed it quickly. I would still recommend this hotel.

Stayed the night for a ski a Castle. Nice, clean and reasonably priced . Staff, while we were checking in and out were super friendly. Had a quick pizza snack. What more could you want in a small town stay .

It's worth paying more for a reputable hotel that will ensure the safety of your belongings.||I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. During this time I had a very expensive night guard. Every morning, I'm required to clean it, and place it somewhere that the water can drain. To allow this, I place it on the side of a cup. I have stayed in hotels for weeks at a time for both work and pleasure where this is my common practice and no issue. However, while staying here, I placed the retainer in it's usual location, and returned in the evening to find that the retainer was gone. In discussion with the hotel, they offerred to dig in garbages to find the retainer but I refused. Noting that this is a device that goes in my mouth and would have any numbed of biohazardous materials on it from the hotel garbage or landfill. The hotel requested a bill for the replacement and the manager sent me an email scathing me for placing the retainer on the cup despite this being a regular procedure where I could trust any other hotel not to dispose of it.||The hotel claimed that they asked their staff who or of they disposed of my property, but as would be expected, the staff declined any knowledge of this.||The retainer cost over 750$ and fortunately for me it was covered by my insurance. However, as a result of this, I am lacking space in my benefits to cover future dental care this year. The manager, David Mcquaig, was not only unprofessional in his refusal to compensate for the disposal of my property, but he was disrespectful in his correspondence. He did offer a night free in the hotel, but I would suggest that it is worth paying for a hotel where your belongings are safe rather than risk whatever you bring in being thrown out or stolen by staff.||There are many lodging options in pincher creek including a Ramada right next door.

A convenient place from which to explore the area. The property is one block from the main road and it was very quiet. The room was fine and the beds were comfortable. There was a fridge and a microwave and a small table with two chairs but no other seating. There is a guest laundry and bagged breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have a free coffee and espresso machine in the lobby which produced good coffee. A small lounge features pizza and snacks as well as adult beverages. There is a chain restaurant next door for more variety.
