My Wife took my son in on July 31, 2023 for a deep laceration to his hand. They waited for over 2 hours and still don't see a doctor. Numerous times one of the nurses or other workers ignored my wife and my son. This all happened while several people who obviously knew the people in the clinic walked straight in well my son was sitting with his finger bleeding and a deep laceration. At no time was he looked at. One of the clerks or nurses finally acknowledged my wife and son, but by but while doing so was was rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately I feel that if you are not well known in this community you will be ignored and faced to wait regardless of your medical emergency. There seems to be favoritism towards friends and other people and they do not triage very well. I would not recommend going here at any time you'd be better off driving to Calgary. As far as the health system goes in this area is extremely lacking. It seems that the healthcare workers at this particular Clinic would rather socialize then do their jobs.

What a great team I was privileged to witness this morning. The lab was shorthanded this morning and very busy. I saw the front line jump into action and do everything they could to help out the lab girl (who had never been here before) get organized and weed through a problem bunch of clients. Hurrah to you all.
