Étant donné la période de l'année, il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'autres options dans le coin. Le site a fait l'affaire pour une nuit mais je n'y resterais pas pour plus longtemps. Aussi, sachez que la voie ferrée se trouve à quelques mètres des sites de camping alors ne vous attendez pas à obtenir beaucoup d'heures de sommeil. Nous étions campé à côté d'un garage. Nous avions accès à l'électricité mais rien d'autre, même pas de table de picnic. Il s'agit d'un terrain ouvert gazonné. Il y a des batiments avec toilettes et douches. Pour vidanger, ça coûte 10$. Le site nous a coûté 35$, comprend internet gratuit.

On a pas vu les chambres. C'était une fête. Employé très courtois.

We spent two nights here and were pleased with our stay. The room was clean, the bed was very comfy with great pillows and the shower had lots of pressure, hot water and was very clean. Our room also had a quite large refrigerator and freezer plus a small kitchen.

Stopped here to stay because of the reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Very friendly manager, clean and well kept. Had a nice deep tub which was great for a soak after driving all day. Thoughtful touches like a potholder on the microwave and q-tips in the bathroom. Comfy bed and a ceiling fan, opened the windows in the bathroom and bedroom and got a nice cross breeze of fresh mountain air. Both had well kept screens. Didn’t need to use the air conditioner, but there was one. Over all excellent quality for the price and would definitely recommend.

At first I was hesitant, given the bad review with bugs with an earlier post, however we called and booked the motel, at a very good seniors rate. The place was spotless and no bugs of any kind. They had a lovely tray with a Kurig machine with Kirkland coffee, mugs and everything one needed. The fridge, microwave and everything was so clean. We will definitely be back to stay at this little gem. They also recommended eating at the Station House and wow, great home cooked food. We had a lovely walk from the hotel to the river and on a road with farm animals. Just a lovely place to stay.

Only giving four stars because the outside building looks a bit run down and could use some paint. I did not stay in any of the rooms so I also couldn't speak to that. For the rest of it... The front reception person was helpful, very friendly and polite. We used their sani dump station multiple times over the summer. It's the general standard of $10 to dump each time. It's convenient right beside the highway location made it so easy for us. As well as it had plenty of space to maneuver our truck and RV. It looked like it had year round RV tenants as well if your looking for a spot. Worth giving them a look.

The customer service is absolutely amazing. I did not book for myself but the person staying was so impressed that I had to write a review. Great location, clean and very nice rooms. Jane was so helpful and accomodating. I would highly recommend this establishment as a place to stay in Barrier.
