Darlene at BIG is a whole vibe! She is so great to work with and I can finally breathe knowing that she is our broker. As newcomer arriving from the UK and about to start our new jobs, we quickly needed to purchase a car and arrange for insurance. Mike Kirchner was recommended to us and we instantly realized why. He worked out of hours to ensure that we got what we needed. We didn't have a clue of what documents we needed from our UK insurers, or what would be valid here.

Mike, really went out of his way to assist us and make sure we got the best deal possible. He was extremely thorough, efficient and explained everything.

Mike also invited us out to for some food and drink to get to know us better. He really goes out of his way for his clients and we look forward to using his services for the foreseeable.
