Hubert is nice to work with, my family was already with Allstate so he was able to get me and my parents lower rates too. As a 21 year old male, I'm always happy to get a lower premium and he was able to do that! I wish I didn't have to pay a 2-month deposit but I'm sure that's not under his control so otherwise my experience with him has been excellent.

A special recognition for Hubert Mendonca.

I have my auto insurance policy directly with Allstate (not through any broker). I knew it was coming up for renewal. I was daily calling up Allstate’s 1-800# and remained on hold anywhere from 1 hour to 1.5 hours, as I wanted a few questions answered before I renewed it. In the process, I realized that their 1-800# has significantly reduced their business hours. Now they are closed on weekends and also closes at 6PM MST (8PM EST) on weeknights. That was shocking as I have called up many times either late in the evening or on weekends in the past. Then I get an e-mail from Allstate advising me that my insurance policy has expired (on a weekend). I completely panicked as I had the weekend full of activities and you can imagine my position that I don’t have a valid insurance to take out my car. That’s when I reached out to Hubert Mendonca. He answered my text message at around 10:30PM on Friday and then followed up with another text message on Saturday morning advising me that he can help me with my renewal. I provided him the credit card details and he immediately re-instated my policy. It was such a big help. Throughout the process he was extremely patient, professional, and courteous. I wish I would have secured the policy directly through him instead of going through Allstate’s 1-800#.
