He was able to save us meaningful dollars on on our mortgage, provided recommendations and explained the advantages and disadvantages of a 3 vs 5 year fixed and variable mortgage. He explained the expected path of interest rates given the macro environment and how the Bank of Canada may be looking to adjust the overnight lending rate which he explained to be directly related to variable rates. He kept in constant communication with us throughout the process and made getting us the best rate as easy as possible.

Pat Collins (Patrick) helped me get financing for an investment property. This was my first time in 22 years using a Mortgage Broker / Professional. I had lots of questions, and didn't know the process as it had been 22 years since I last needed a service like this.
